Full Mouth Rehabilitation

The patient presented with unsightly chipped teeth with enamel that was cleaved off at the gumline. Bonded restorations did not adequately address the problem of these weakened teeth.

The case was engineered using porcelain titanium crowns. Titanium is a strong and light material with excellent porcelain bond strength. The porcelain chosen has a lower fusing or melting point which has a lower hardness for less impact forces. A night guard appliance was delivered to try to manage bite forces.

The other dividend is that titanium is the most biocompatible medical metal available and is used in dental implants.
