this case

A fifty year old patient presented with missing posterior teeth on the upper arch.Ridge width and location were favorable, however an enlarged sinus was present.
Simultaneous placement of three long fixtures in conjunction with a sinus graft was performed.
The middle radiograph (two year post-op) was enhanced to show the new position of the sinus floor.
A four unit fixed partial denture was then fabricated.
Carefull leveling of the extruded opposing teeth and attention to a cuspid protected occlusion were important to the success of the case.
