A thirty five year-old woman presented with unsightly anterior crowns. Full porcelain jackets were placed on the two central and left lateral incisors.A composite restoration was placed on tooth number seven.
Often it is difficult to place a shoulder preparation when working with a previously prepared tooth.
Fortunately, devitalization was not neccessary.
